This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what your choices are. "ELLJ," "we," and "us" refer to the artist ELLJ and this website. By using the site you agree to what's described here.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. If you sign up for the G.R.I.T FAM mailing list, the form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, city and state, and any comments you write. That form is hosted by Google Forms, and responses are stored in a private Google spreadsheet that only we can see.

We do not ask for or store payment information anywhere on this site.

How we use it

To tell you about new music, videos, presales, tour dates, and merch. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, and we don't send it to advertisers.

Third-party services

Parts of this site are embedded from or link out to services we don't control. Each has its own privacy policy, and their rules govern what happens once you interact with them:

• YouTube / Google — the video player embedded on the site. YouTube may set cookies and record playback data when the player loads.
• Google Forms — hosts the mailing list signup and stores responses.
• Spotify and Apple Music — cover artwork is served from Spotify, and release links open on their platforms.
• Instagram, Facebook, TikTok — social links that open those apps or sites.

This site itself does not run advertising trackers or analytics beyond what those embedded services set on their own.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your information from our list at any time, and you can ask us what we have on file for you. Email us and we'll take care of it. Any email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded content may not work correctly if you do.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, but no website or online service is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
